F-Stop, Virgil's teen-gang nemesis, gains his own superpowers and calls himself "Hotstreak." Meanwhile, Virgil learns who's responsible for the gas that gave him and F-Stop their powers.

A track athlete Virgil's tutoring mutates into a metahuman and joins Ebon's criminal gang known as the "Metabreed."

Virgil and Richie vs. a people-eating amoeba that's running amok in the high school late at night and threatening the school-newspaper staff.

Rubberband Man goes after the rapper he says stole his music, and Static gets caught in the middle. Meanwhile, Virgil gets a job at a burger joint.

6. The New Kid

Virgil transfers to a school for advanced students, where he works on an electricity-absorbing prototype. Trouble is, the school turns out to be funded by Edwin Alva, and the prototype is used to make a robot that Alva wants for his nefarious ends.

A bad boy learns that his younger stepbrother is metahuman, and wants him to use his powers to steal things.

Richie's captured by Ebon after running away from home because of his father's racist attitude toward Virgil.

A bang baby who can control the wind emerges, calls himself Slipsteam and begins to cause trouble in Dakota. Meanwhile, Richie and Virgil get into a fight over Richie's newest crime-fighting invention, the ZapCap.

10. Bent Out of Shape

Sharon dates a rapper who turns out to be Rubberband Man, who has escaped from prison. Static isn't pleased and that's not all Rubberband Man has to worry about: two metahuman bounty hunters are on his trail.

11. Junior

Edwin Alva vs. his son, who's tired of being ignored and dismissed by his father. So Junior, who has figured out how to control the metahuman serum, uses it to become one himself--Omnifarious--and takes on his dad.

12. Replay

A washed-up child actor with meta-human powers clones Static, and the clone goes on a crime spree.

13. Tantrum

A purple metahuman goes on a rampage at school, and Virgil and Richie think they know who it is: an honor student whose grades were less than perfect.

14. The Big Leagues

Virgil gets help from Batman and Robin to battle The Joker and thwart the Gotham City bigwig's efforts to recruit thugs from Dakota to carry on his mayhem.

Richie gets temporary superpowers, and really likes using them. Perhaps too much.

Sharon suspects that her brother Virgil is Static, and she tries to prove it as Static battles brother-sister metahuman duo Mirage and Boom.

Shaquille O'Neal assists Static as he goes after a gang of ruffians known as the Ruffpack.

At Christmastime, Static must stop the icy antics of a homeless metahuman named Permafrost.

Sunspots cause Static's powers to increase exponentially, then he loses them altogether, which Hotstreak, who has just been released from jail, soon discovers.

Virgil refuses to cooperate with a police officer attempting to search his backpack, because he doesn't want her to find his Static suit. It turns out that this cop is his dad's new girlfriend, and that she was looking for a briefcase stolen by two boys who are also making meta-gas.

Rubberband Man returns and saves Static from a new villain named Aquamaria, but it'll take more than that to get Static to believe that Rubberband Man is now a good guy.

22. Attack of the Living Brain Puppets

A Bang Baby named Madelyn Spaulding turns everyone in Dakota into a zombie. Everyone but Virgil, that is.

23. Duped

Adam Evans (the Rubberband-Man) gets a recording contract with the help of A.J. McLean of the Backstreet Boys, but the jealous shape-shifter Replikon kidnaps A.J. in an attempt to scuttle Adam's deal.

Virgil and Richie befriend shy classmate Jimmy Osgood, who is the focus of a school bully.

Static travels to Gotham City to rescue Nails, a school friend of his who is now associating with Harley and Ivy, who promise to cure Nails of her Bang Baby affliction.

Static and Gear fight Nightbreed, a meta-human gang whose members can't live in sunlight, so they're setting out to take it away from everyone else.

Edwin Alva captures Static and Hotstreak for scientific experiments and handcuffs them together. So they must work together if they're going to escape. Trouble is, they can't stand each other.

Static and a group of NBA stars moonlighting as superheroes team up to rescue Gear, who was been kidnapped by the evil scientist Dr. Odium.
