Overview

Trapped within a surreal and hostile world born from his own fractured psyche, a young boy named Mono is forced into an experimental machine by a desperate psychiatrist. He must navigate a treacherous dreamscape populated by grotesque, metaphorical monsters. The film blurs the line between reality and hallucination as Mono fights for survival against his own horrifying imagination.
