According to his father's will, Basit's friend advises him to give Soha serious consideration for marriage because, without a marriage, he will be unable to hold any property. In order to spare her sister from her ungrateful mother, Ayesha is looking for work.

After much consideration Basit finally asks Soha to marry him. She requests some time from him while keeping the ring. At the courthouse, Bano is waiting for Talal.

After the doctors saved Bano, the hospital bill now needs sorting. Extremely desperate, Ayesha goes for an interview, and convinces Basit to hire her.

Basit wants to get married to Soha as soon as possible to fulfill his fathers will, but Soha gets angry and breaks the engagement. Basit asks Ayesha about the presentation he sent to her on her phone, but she sheepishly admits that she sold it.

After Ayesha stays in the office late last night so that she can ask her boss, Basit, for an early wage, rumors are spread around the office about them two. Bano finds out that Talal is marrying someone else.

Bano goes to Talal's wedding, and gives him his ring back. Basit has an argument with his mother, and abruptly tells her that he and Ayesha got married shocking both Ayesha and Basit's mother.

Ayesha tells Basit that she will resign after paying off the loan that he gave her which results in him desperately going to her mother for her hand in marriage.

On the day of the wedding, Basit gives Ayesha's mother a cheque, and she tells him to never tell Ayesha of the deal made between them. Both are unaware that Bano was listening.

Ayesha goes to work and Basit tells her that she can no longer work as they are now married. Bano finds the cheque that Basit gave her mother, and her mother begs her not to tell Ayesha.

Ayesha's family comes to visit her, and Basit feels very irritated by this especially after witnessing Zoya breaking a glass bottle in their room.

Basit shouts at Ayesha when she tells him that the envelope he gave her during their wedding reception, which holds important items in it, is with her mother. With nothing to do around the house, Ayesha starts to learn Basit's routine.

As Bano no longer has a job and money is an issue, Ayeshas mother calls Basit asking him to hire her. Basit’s friend hosts dinner just for Basit and Ayesha, but Basit never arrives.

After Ayesha finally convinces her mother to meet Amir whom Zoya likes. Things take a turn for the worst when Amir’s mother shamelessly asks for a huge amount of dowry.

Ayesha’s mother has had enough of Zoya so takes her phone away from her and locks her in her room. Ayesha plans a birthday party for Basit which goes well until he sees his mother and humiliates her in front of all of his friends. As a result, Basit’s mother gets admitted to the hospital.
