5. Dessert and Coffee

Eight mixologists create cocktails inspired by delicious desserts. Guest judge Gonzo Jimenez (“Bake Squad”) adds his sweet expertise.

6. Cocktail Tournament

An intense three-part challenge puts the competitors' technical abilities, speed and precision to the ultimate test.

7. Pairs

In teams of two, the contestants must mix — and pair — the perfect cocktail with a culinary dish assigned by renowned chef Edward Lee.

8. Spice and Ice

The competition heats up as the mixologists craft cocktails with a spicy kick. Award-winning bartender Tiffanie Barriere guest judges.

9. Signature Favorites

Determined to compete in the finale, the four remaining contestants prepare a flight of cocktails using the judges’ favorite spirits.
