Christmas is approaching. It's pitch black at 5 p.m. Julie sits next to Samuel on the bus, just like before.

Samuel and his friends spend Wednesday afternoon in Stéphane's apartment, alone, without their parents.

Two months have passed, Samuel's hair has grown a lot. This is the last page of this journal

Overview

Samuel is 10 years old. He's keeping a diary, and he has a problem. His problem is that Basile told the tall Julie that Samuel loved her. Which isn't true, he doesn't care about Julie. It's only that she laughed at one of his jokes once and he thought she was nice to do so.
