Ed foolishly thinks he's been asked to play triangle for the city's philharmonic. Suddenly he's been arrested for a robbery he didn't do on his way to the concert hall.

Ed is hanging out with Wendall, who is the annoying brother of his crush - the amateur actress Miss Malone. Ed and Wendall go to the amusement park. They are off on a rocket ride to another planet which is ruled by an alien queen.

She grows older and meets a guardian angel, who shows her what life would be if she had never been born.
