The trainees perform in front of their masters and are ranked according to a strict hierarchy: "All-Star", "Two Star" and "One Star". Participants who receive "No Star" are eliminated from the show. If participants disagree with the rating, they can take an "Extra-Test", which can either raise or lower their rating.

Trainees are re-evaluated for their signal song performance skills and are ranked according to a strict hierarchy: "All-Star", "Two Star" and "One Star". In the second stage, for each class, the master's rating and the Star Creators' rating are added together to determine the final class.

Overview

Boys II Planet is a survival show broadcasted on Mnet. It is a sequel to Girls Planet 999 and Boys Planet. Planet K premiered on July 17 while Planet C started airing on July 18, 2025. Boys II Planet is based on the themes and aesthetics of space. It consists of two programs, K and C, produced in Korean and Chinese respectively, with both programs following the same format for each contest. The show will create a twin group project, with both groups debuting at the same time. The final line-up will work in two different groups, K and C, and will also work as a complete group.
