1. Chase

Haruto Kirishima and Yuzuki Eba ride a bicycle through a dandelion field in Hiroshima as in the background he remarks that she was an unknown person at the time he met her, never having met her before or talked to her as well. Eventually, she jumps off the bicycle, fading into the background prompting Haruto to stop pedaling as he looks on noting that she left unforgettable memories when she left.

2. When Cherry Blossoms Bloom

Haruto thinks back on how he and Yuzuki first met and the time they shared together back in Hiroshima.

3. Suddenly, Bang! A Kiss!

A school festival gives Haruto the opportunity to meet Yuzuki face-to-face for the first time since he's arrived in Tokyo.

4. Greetings

Just as the bonds of friendship begin to grow between Kazama and Haruto, a startling development threatens to ruin it.

5. Declaration of War

When Haruto and Yuzuki were still together in Hiroshima, he learns that they'd actually first met when they were children.

6. My true feelings …

Haruto learns the truth about Yuzuki's departure and her relationship with Kazama. Knowing this, he resolves to try and win her back.

7. Wish

A risky surgery could save Kazama's life, but will he go through with it despite the low chance of success?

8. On the Evening of the Reunion

Haruto has moved on and is dating his friend Asuka, but a chance encounter with Yuzuki causes familiar feelings to stir within him.

9. Is It a Date

Rin mischievously sets Haruto and Yuzuki up on a date. Haruto's recent strange behavior causes Asuka to worry.

10. Beautiful Flowers

Asuka is forced to cancel her trip with Haruto. Haruto decides to go back to Hiroshima and ends up reconnecting with Yuzuki.

11. Confessions

Yuzuki and Haruto relive their childhood memories. Reluctantly, Yuzuki confesses her true feelings to Haruto.

12. A Town Where You Live

Haruto is torn. He finally realizes who he's in love with, but the thought of having to break someone's heart in the process torments him.

Overview

Haruto Kirishima lived a calm life out in the countryside, away from the fast-paced life of the city. Then Yuzuki Eba appeared in his life out of nowhere, having come from Tokyo to briefly live with her family. Their time together left him enamored with the memories of that short period before she just as abruptly disappeared from his life, and left him full of questions.Kimi no Iru Machi begins some time later, after Haruto moves to Tokyo to live with his sister, in order to pursue a career as a cook. In reality though he wishes to be with Yuzuki. Things don't start good though. When he arrives he is mistaken for a burglar and attacked by his sister's neighbour Mishima Asuka. After the misunderstand is cleared his feelings begin to waver though. Is Eba, who keeps avoiding him for seemingly no reason, the one for him or is it Asuka?
