With an explosive suitcase, Decker struggles to get answers from the president's code expert.

The suitcase has been opened and the nuclear threat analyzed; now, Decker must travel to New York City to thwart the plot.

5. Episode 5

Decker returns to the White House to inform President Davidson of his recent actions in New York City.
